Piper Kerman is a Tulsa Town Hall featured speaker for the 2017-18 subscription series. For the first time, Tulsa Town Hall is offering a single-ticket evening presentation on the same topic that Piper Kerman will cover at Tulsa Town Hall on Friday morning: “The Real Life Story of Orange Is the New Black.” Although a popular Netflix series is based on Piper Kerman’s book, her own experiences and advocacy for prison reform will be the highlights of her talk.
The evening program includes a question and answer opportunity. Tulsa Town Hall is proud to partner with Family & Children’s Services Women in Recovery for this event.
