Pharmacy

The FCS Pharmacy serves all FCS clients as well as FCS employees enrolled in the FCS insurance plan. Offering not just convenience, but also ensuring the highest quality care, our services include:

• FREE over-the-counter medications for current clients with a prescription.
• ACCESS to medications including physical health and mental health medications from our providers and outside providers*.
• COORDINATION services to transfer prescriptions from other pharmacies for access to all medications in one place.
• EXTRA CARE from pharmacy staff to manage fills for Medicaid clients to ensure cost effectiveness.

Medication assistance is available for uninsured and underinsured clients through the FCS Patient Assistance Program. Please contact FCS pharmacy staff to speak with a Patient Assistance Program case manager.

Mail Deliveries

These are available in Oklahoma only. Review these important FCS mail prescription delivery details:

• Call to request mail-out delivery. Additionally, verify your address, phone number and any prescriptions/co-pays with the pharmacy.
• Refrigerated prescriptions are not available for FCS mail delivery.
• Each client may receive two free prescription deliveries by mail per month.
• Mail medications are picked up by USPS within one business day.

Pocket RX allows secure communication with the FCS pharmacy. Refill your prescriptions with one click and get refill reminders. Download the Pocket RX app from the Apple app store or the Google Play app store. App to be used for refills only.

Home and Work Deliveries

Available regularly to Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso and Jenks areas. If you need an option outside  these delivery areas, check with a pharmacy representative. Review these important FCS prescription delivery details:

• Call to request delivery. Also verify address, phone number and prescriptions/co-pays.
• Deliveries are made by a third-party company between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for delivery.
• Same-day delivery available only for requests made by 10:00 a.m. that day.
• Two free home deliveries per month, per client.
• Additional and/or missed deliveries may incur a fee.
