WHAT DOES MORTON CLINIC OFFER?

Morton Clinic serves both FCS clients and its own patients and delivers a variety of healthcare services. Morton Clinic provides selected onsite health services and makes necessary referrals to ensure you receive the best possible care. Services include:

• Physical health assessments (check-ups)
• Medical consultations
• Minor medical procedures

 

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM MORTON CLINIC?

Morton Clinic offers a “one-stop shop” for individual healthcare. You will find a wide array of adult mental health programs and have access to FCS’s full-service pharmacy. The clinic is staffed by a dedicated nurse practitioner and a full-time nurse who are committed to delivering high-quality care and ensuring your health needs are met efficiently and effectively.
