Six years ago, I was unrecognizable. My life was addiction and incarceration. I finally entered F&CS’s Women in Recovery program, and while it wasn’t easy, I was determined to change my life. Today, I’m sober and employed. I just put a down payment on a house, and I’m a proud soccer mom to my daughter.
Any time I’m in need of anything, whether it be counseling, help with a resume or a warm jacket, Women in Recovery is my safety net. Like a family, they are my guardian angel on speed dial. So, thank you for helping me, a stranger to you, but so grateful for you.
