FCS’s Individualized Placement and Support (IPS) program supports individuals in their educational and vocational pursuits. IPS is currently made up of 20 employees who assist FCS clients not only in finding jobs that sustain and promote self-sufficiency but also in honing life skills and promoting ambition and accountability.
IPS presently (in 2024) serves 500 individuals in the Tulsa area, up from 60 clients in 2019. The popularity and success of the program benefit the Tulsa community and strengthen the city’s human resource infrastructure, thereby feeding and minimizing strain on the local economy.
While our IPS employees are passionate about helping those in need, they also have the background, training, education and commitment to evidence-based practice necessary to equip clients with the resources they need to succeed or with limited assistance. We recognize these employees as true professionals in their fields, and we invite you to learn a little more about each one by tapping on the images below.
