What do you find most rewarding about your work?
Working as part of the clients’ care team to come up with solutions to getting medications is the most rewarding thing about my work. Seeing the improvement of clients’ mental health as they continue to have timely access to their medications is very fulfilling.
Why did you choose FCS?
I chose FCS because I wanted to work somewhere that I could “think outside the box” to make a difference. Most retail pharmacies are mainly concerned about production and profits and lose sight of the needs of the patients. FCS really breaks down barriers for all clients to be able to get access to their medications and it allows the resources needed for my staff to be able to focus on a higher level of customer service and individualized client care.
