What do you find most rewarding about your work?
I enjoy helping people find answers to their problems and find understanding where they want it. I also enjoy working with such a cohesive team that lifts each other up regularly. It’s incredibly motivating when you always feel valued.
Why did you choose FCS?
If I’m being 100 percent honest, I applied for as many jobs as I could with FCS once I discovered that they had listings that my degree fit. After a couple of interviews, I found the IPS team and asked what I needed to do to secure a position with IPS. It sounded more fun and fulfilling than any other position I had applied for, and I count myself lucky to have found that to be true.
