What do you find most rewarding about your work?
What I find rewarding most about my work is having the capacity to support a client in finding and supporting them in retaining that employment.
Why did you choose FCS?
I choose FCS because of the direction the organization is going and the training provided to new and existing employees, which continues to help us provide quality care. I value both of these traits in a company and want to work with an organization that also values these traits.
