What do you find most rewarding about your work?
I love working with adults entering or re-entering the workforce and helping them find their passion and purpose. It’s rewarding to see them light up at the thought of being able to give back to their community or further educate themselves seeing they are valued and just as important as anyone else.
Why did you choose FCS?
I heard wonderful things about the agency. The happiness exuded from FCS employees plus the agency is big on ensuring their employees have a very good balance of work and family time.
